Greek history is complicated and includes thousands of years of evolution of a dynamic culture. Greek history is closely related to the sea and Greeks thrived because of it. Greek history is palpable in these garments which are the products of political ties and economic diversity and echo the powerful story of the nation. Greek history is a panorama of jingoism and imperialism and one of the notion that has prevailed over thousands of years of Greek history is that Greek see war for war’s sake, all the citizen’s being warriors. Greek history is one of the most interesting in the world, especially the ancient Greek history. We all heard about Troy, Sparta, Athens and many other cities that were the centers of Greek historical events. Greek history is being developed to a comparable level. Attention is also being given to civilizations peripheral to the Greek and Roman and to disciplines ancillary to history. Ancient Greece, the world of the polis, was a peasant society. Most men had to work for a living; many could not afford to own slaves. Ancient Greek history is tied up in myths, fables, and other fictions, passed on by the entertainers of their day, the minstrels. We need to ask ourselves about the extent to which our understanding of American history and other human behaviour has been fashioned by motion pictures, novels, and television drama. Ancient Greek history is very interesting stuff one of my favourite history classes is ancient European history.

Any Christian really should read how their church evolved and all that. Ancient Greek history can largely be divided into five sections. The first section, the birth and development of the Bronze Age 3000 to 1100 BCE, examines the changes brought upon the Greek world by the Bronze Age and the development and fall of the Minoan and Mycenaean civilizations. Ancient Greek art and architecture are well known, but there are a lot of things that many people don’t know. There are many different aspects, that when are put together create wonderful and ingenious art.
